Order for the esteemed Mir Mustafa son of Hysen Pashazade from Prishtina

The order pertains to the reconstruction of the Babimoc bridge over the Lab river on the Bosnia Road in the Prishtina district, and the flow of the mentioned river from the Mahmud Pasha bridge with its embankment in Vushtrri. Additionally, it concerns the repair of the tomb of the late and pardoned Sultan Murad Khan, may Allah's mercy and forgiveness be upon him, located in Kosova, and the repair of the tomb of the aforementioned late Sultan in the Gazi Mestan area, near Prishtina.

You, who are the official of the aforementioned area, have been entrusted with these tasks by my Grand Vizier and Chief Commander Yusuf Pasha during his departure from Bosnia, granting you three thousand five hundred kuruş, with the remaining amount to be sent, as has been verbally instructed and expressed to you by the aforementioned Chief Commander. In accordance with the previous instructions and orders of the aforementioned official, the mentioned bridge is to be newly constructed, and the river with its embankment and the Mahmud Pasha bridge are to be managed. The aforementioned tombs are to be quickly repaired and completed as per the orders, with efforts being made to urgently finish these works.

Any amount exceeding the allocated funds should be recorded, and this record should be promptly sent to my Imperial Army. This royal decree has been issued and sent to you specifically for the urgent construction of the Salifuz-Ziki bridge, the repair of the tombs, the management of the river in the mentioned area, and the prompt completion of these works. You are expected to record any additional required funds and send the record to the Imperial Army without delay. It is known that I do not consent to any delay or postponement of these works.

The construction of the aforementioned bridge, the management of the river, and the repair of the tombs have been previously instructed to you by my Chief Commander. Therefore, proceed with the rapid construction, implementation, and repair of the mentioned structures, and urgently complete these tasks. Be diligent in recording any additional required funds and sending the record to my Imperial Army, ensuring that you do not neglect or delay in this matter.
