The Mosque of Jashar Pasha, which is also known as the Middle Mosque, is one of the most beautiful shrines in the city of Pristina. Even today, this mosque bears the name of the builder, Jashar Pasha, who was one of the descendants of the Gjinollaj family from Novobërda, who ruled with Pristina, Skopje and are also known as transforming Gjilan from village to city. According to the portal of the mosque, but also the foundation of Jashar Pasha, the latter built the mosque in 1834/35.
