Mustafë Gjinolli appointed as Ayan in Prishtina According to the Request of the Population

The population of the kazas (administrative regions) has united and reached a consensus that their Muhtar (headman), known as Mir Mustafa, from the descendants of the Hysrev family (Hysrev Bey-zade) and Sejdi Sabedini, should be among their ayans (local notables). This situation is also known to Haxhi Ibrahim Pasha, and his opinion is likewise approving. Thus, the aforementioned individuals are appointed as ayans of their kaza, and the people are satisfied with this decision.
